The hotel was very spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating. A highlight was the stunning Victorian-style interior design and furniture. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The breakfast was subpar and in need of improvement. the selection of food was lacking and the quality was not up to par compared to other hotels in the area.
